Our Tampa Fishing Boat
The Boat The El Capitano is a 2007 32-foot SeaVee high performance center console powered by twin Mercury 350hp outboard motors. This gives us the speed we need to quickly reach the fishing grounds in Tampa while also providing a stable and comfortable ride for our passengers. Our electronics package is by Garmin (GPS/chartplotter/depth sounder) and also includes a high-power VHF radio. We carry all mandatory USCG safety equipment (offshore-rated life jackets for every person, flares, etc) plus a six-person life raft and EPIRB emergency locating beacon as well as a SPOT locator device.

Price includes fishing licenses, all bait and tackle, ice for fish storage and an expert crew. We’ll even clean and bag your fish at the dock so it’s ready to go when you get home (please bring a cooler for any fish you wish to take home).
We suggest you bring food and drinks for your party as well as sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, a hat or visor, non-marking shoes or sandals, a light jacket for wind or rain (we cannot control the weather!) and a desire to have a good time. If you’re prone to seasickness we recommend taking an over-the-counter medication like Bonine or Dramamine before boarding—unfortunately we cannot offer discounts or refunds for returning early.
If you wish to bring alcohol on board you may bring beer or wine in cans or non-glass containers (glass bottles can shatter in the drink cooler). We ask that you leave the hard stuff at the dock. And we are a 100% drug-free vessel so don’t even ask.
